The challenge was to inject personality into Morrisons' fresh pizza range, ensuring it stood out on the shelf and could compete with national brands. To achieve this, I took a new-age retro approach, drawing inspiration from the vibrant, bold aesthetics of 1960s New York fast food outlets.
By combining playful typography with dynamic illustrations, I crafted a design that feels both nostalgic and fresh, creating a family of products with a broad appeal. This new look not only enhances the range's shelf presence but also brings a sense of fun and warmth, attracting a wider audience while elevating the overall pizza experience.
